11bed Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 11bed (hereinafter referred to as "11bed", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://11bed.vip. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

11bed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 11bed will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or by means of a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation that best serves the protection of fair play, player safety, and platform integrity shall prevail.

The 11bed platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. Access to, or use of, the platform by any person under the age of 18 is expressly prohibited. By creating an account, the User represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and that they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

11bed employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Users will be required to submit a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued photographic identification as a condition of withdrawing funds or unlocking full account functionality. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a User is under the age of 18, 11bed reserves the right to suspend the account immediately pending verification, and to void and withhold any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage use.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Users:

• The User must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 11bed or any affiliated platform.

One Account Per Person

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 11bed platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 11bed reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts, void any open or pending bets, and confiscate any balance held in those accounts where evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent intent is established.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform security and responsible gaming, 11bed applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. Users may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence with photograph.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for transactions.

Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 11bed strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. Any activity conducted through a User's account — whether or not authorised by the User — is the User's responsibility until the User has notified 11bed of unauthorised access in writing via the support channel.

All financial transactions on the 11bed platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 11bed does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to the User's 11bed account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours during standard operating hours. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; the current minimums are displayed on the deposit page within the User's account dashboard. As a general guideline, the minimum deposit for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is ৳200.

11bed does not charge Users a fee for deposits; however, Users should be aware that their mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 11bed accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 11bed finance team.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• 11bed processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and time of day. Requests submitted during peak periods (e.g., BPL match evenings) may take longer.
• There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts. Unverified or partially verified accounts are subject to a withdrawal cap of ৳10,000 per transaction until full KYC is completed.

Anti-Money Laundering

11bed maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, fraud, and the use of the platform for any financial crime. All transactions are monitored by automated systems and human review teams. Where suspicious activity is detected, 11bed reserves the right to freeze the affected account, delay withdrawal processing, and request additional documentation. In cases where financial crime is confirmed or strongly suspected, 11bed will take all steps necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, including reporting to relevant authorities.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. The general bonus principles set out in this section apply to all 11bed promotions unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a User's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a deposit bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the User must place ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.

• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%); sporting bets at odds below 1.50 may not contribute at all.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date the bonus was credited).

Bonus Abuse

The deliberate exploitation of bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy intended to generate guaranteed profit from promotional funds — rather than for recreational gaming — is classified as bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 11bed reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently close the account without liability.

All bets and wagers placed on the 11bed platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, sport, or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming products on the 11bed platform.

Acceptance of Bets

A bet is only confirmed when it has been accepted by the 11bed system and a bet reference number has been issued to the User. Bets not confirmed by the system — for example, due to a network interruption or a price change between bet submission and acceptance — are not valid and no liability attaches to 11bed in respect of such bets.

Pricing Errors & Palpable Mistakes

In the event that a price or set of odds is published as a result of a manifest error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), 11bed reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. A palpable error is one where a reasonable person would clearly recognise the price as incorrect — for example, a cricket match priced at odds of 100.00 where the true market price is 1.90. 11bed will notify affected Users via their registered email address when bets are voided under this provision.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid price changes reflecting real-time match events. 11bed uses automated systems to manage live pricing; however, there may be occasional delays between an event occurring and the market being suspended. Bets placed during a network delay that capture a price no longer reflective of the current match state may be voided at 11bed's discretion.

Casino & RNG Games

All random number generator (RNG) casino games on the 11bed platform use certified RNG software audited for statistical fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. 11bed does not manipulate game outcomes; all results are generated independently by the software supplied by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others).

Disconnection Policy

If a User's connection is interrupted during a game session, the outcome of any in-progress game round will be determined by the game server in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection rules. 11bed is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a User's internet connection failure during active play.

By using the 11bed platform, Users agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access the platform after a self-exclusion, account closure, or geographical restriction has been applied.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 11bed reserves the right to close the account permanently, void all pending and settled bets placed during the relevant period, and withhold any outstanding balance where it is attributable to or derived from the prohibited conduct.

11bed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity on the account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• The User is found to be located in a jurisdiction where access to the platform is prohibited.

Voluntary Closure

Users may voluntarily close their 11bed account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. Upon receiving a closure request, 11bed will process any verified withdrawable balance in the account in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period, ranging from 24 hours to a permanent lifetime exclusion. Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

Where an account is closed while bets remain open (whether settled or pending), 11bed will settle any outstanding bets in accordance with these Terms and the applicable betting rules, and will credit or debit the account accordingly before processing a final balance withdrawal where applicable. In cases of closure due to a Terms breach, 11bed reserves the right to void unsettled bets and withhold the corresponding stake amounts.
